Each Made for Mermaids piece is carefully prepared and packaged with love. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

Please note that processing times may vary during new launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Made for Mermaids offers flat-rate shipping on all orders. Your shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Made for Mermaids is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Made for Mermaids is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package has an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly and reach out to us so we can assist when possible.
